I visited Islamia Restaurant, it has very delicious foods, like Kabali Pulao, Chicken Karhai, Beep Karhai, Mutton Karhai etc. You can check the menu on google as well. It provides best service to clients the food is delicious and the staff take care cleanliness. No dirt you will eat fresh and clean food without germs.

I went there a couple of times it's good. I would recommend their mutton karahi. It's a next level taste. But last when I went there with my family the order took a lot of time it was just a chicken karahi and it took 50 minutes but that's okay it's like once a week. I personally like their raita it's a bit costly but the taste totally worth it.

I highly recommend Islamia Restaurant! They have a great location, and their prices are lower compared to other restaurants in the same area while still providing good quality food. As a student, whenever we want to eat outside the hostel, this is our go-to place. I've tried their Chicken Karahi and Chicken Handi—both were delicious. Their service is overall good, but if you need something in between your meal, like naan, they take a long time to bring it. Still, considering the price and quality, it's definitely a 5-star spot for affordable and tasty meals!
Just had an incredible chicken karahi here. The chicken was perfectly tender, and the gravy was rich, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of spice. Fresh ginger and coriander on top made it absolutely aromatic. A truly authentic and delicious experience. Will be back soon!
Honestly, Islamia Restaurant never disappoints. The food is full of flavor, especially their karahi and freshly baked naan you can literally taste the authenticity. The place has that true Peshawar feel, simple but warm and lively. The staff is polite, service is fast, and the prices are very reasonable. It’s one of those spots where you feel at home while enjoying proper desi food. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Peshawar!
Neat and clean, quality food, good service. Don't provide Pakistani cold drinks. Don't provide tea other than green tea. We were satisfied.
This is an amazing and quite famous restaurant, particularly renowned for its Desi cuisine, especially for Peshawari-style dishes. I specifically enjoy their Chicken Karahi and Kabuli Pulao, followed by green tea (qahwa). The view is also quite pleasant, offering a panorama of University Road and Islamia College. However, please have enough cash as they do not currently accept card payments.
